Roll-In/Gate Opens at 10AM.
Show Opens & Judging starts at approximately 11AM.
Awards Presentation at approximately 4PM.

- Vehicle and participant must be present on Show Field Grounds through the end of the show to receive award(s).
All Registration Fees include Admission/Entry to the Event for One Vehicle, Driver, & Passenger(s) as well as:
- Sponsor “Goodie-Swag Bag” *
- ELCOFest ’26 Participant Event Decal*
- ELCOFest ’26 Dash Plaque*
- (1) One Door Prize Raffle Ticket
- *Goodie Bags, Event Decals, and Dash Plaques will be limited quantity to the first 100 participants registered.

“Display Only/Show & Shine” Registration Fee:
Pre-Registration Fee thru July 25: $25 Registration Fee after July 25 & Day of Show: $30
- Parking space on Show Field. Vehicle WILL be eligible to be judged for “Show & Shine” category Awards if desired but is not required. If you would prefer to not have your vehicle judged, just let us know at check in.
Small quantities of Used Parts Sales are permitted in the bed or at the rear of your vehicle on the Show Field at no additional cost.
Ask for a special (free) “Parts For Sale” sign at Check In. (Space may be limited so keep it to the width of vehicle and maximum of 4 feet depth or in the Bed of the vehicle.)
“Parts Swap Space” Registration Fee:
Pre-Registration Fee thru July 25: $25 Registration Fee after July 25 & Day of Show: $30
If you don’t have a Camino in the show and/or would like to bring a large quantity of parts to sell, we have a dedicated area available and would include:
- 10’x20’ Selling Space in a designated “PARTS SWAP” sale area near the Show Field.
- 10’x20’ Parking Space for (1) One Vehicle immediately behind Selling Space.
- ALL parts MUST be GM- and El Camino-related…NO EXCEPTIONS!
- This can include engine parts, wheels, and other accessories but must also FIT these trucks unless universal in nature.
- No new product sales…If you want to be a vendor, please contact us separately!
(To register multiple vehicles/spaces under one name, change the vehicle specifics and “add to cart” again before viewing cart and checking out.)
Please select an option to RSVP for the Ride to Real Meet & Greet and Dinner Cruise (No Charge) on Friday night.
IMPORTANT:
The Order Receipt for this Registration will be sent to the email address you provide upon making payment. Please verify it is correct!
Order Receipts will NOT be sent out by regular mail.
The Order Receipt WILL be required at Check-In for entry and admission to this Event.
Please verify you receive the Order Receipt via email, print the Order Receipt, and bring it with you to the Event to expedite Check-In.
If you do not receive the Order Receipt email within 72 hours prior to the day of the Event on August 1, 2026, Contact Us immediately.
(Please do not also register by mail if registering online – no refunds will be issued for duplicate registrations!)
Also, its recommended that you subscribe to the ELCOFest Updates Email Newsletter for the latest information and important announcements related to this Event.
You will also receive Arrival & Parking Instructions via email prior to the event.
Important Notes:
**The “Number of Attendees” selection is also for information gathering purposes so we can better adjust our plans for attendance.
By registering for and submitting payment to attend this Event you agree to the following conditions:
- Event Registration Fees are NON-Refundable. However, the fees may be refunded if the event is cancelled prior to the Pre-Registration deadline due to unforeseen conditions (other than weather-related), at the promoter(s)’ discretion.
- You agree to hold harmless and release all individuals associated with this event, including the representatives of ELCOFest, ELCOHaulicSS Anonymous, Mills Special Services, the venue property owners, event sponsors, vendors, and affiliates, from ANY and ALL liabilities resulting in property damage, personal injury, accidental death, or any other related claims and agree to attend this event at your own risk and responsibility.
- Absolutely NO burnouts, aggressive driving, drug use, alcohol consumption, disorderly or inappropriate conduct, threatening behavior, aggressive arguments, physical altercations, vandalism, property damage, or disrespectful behavior will be tolerated on the Event Property at any time. Any such behavior will result in removal from the premises by security and/or law enforcement personnel. If you arrive at the gate intoxicated, you will NOT be permitted to enter the event grounds!
- No bicycles or scooters on the Show Field around the vehicles and absolutely no pets! (Service animals permitted).
- This is intended to be a family-oriented event; therefore, respectful, responsible, and mature conduct is expected.
- Do Not Touch anyone’s vehicle without the owner’s permission or invitation.
- NOTICE: If you are bringing a Pop-Up Tent or similar device for shade, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to properly secure it and maintain it for wind resistance to prevent damage to anyone’s vehicle!
- YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGE YOUR TENT CAUSES SHOULD IT COME LOOSE!
- NOTE that this is an asphalt parking lot. SPACE MAY BE LIMITED SO IT MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE TO SET UP YOUR POP-UP TENT.
- Maintain control of any minor children and/or any minor guests you bring with you at all times and enforce event rules and good show etiquette.
- Limited Audio System demonstrations are permitted, provided the music is considered “appropriate, neutral in nature, in good taste, and publicly acceptable”, does not adversely affect other participants in the immediate area, and does not interfere with event proceedings.
- You agree that images of you, your vehicle, or their likenesses, may be used publicly for event coverage and in future promotional materials on social and other media outlets.
- No competitive commercial or organization advertising and/or solicitation during the event without prior approval unless an official Event Sponsor. (Feel free to Contact Us for event co-sponsorship opportunities).
- Event details and information subject to change without notice.
- ELCOFest and its members or associates bear no responsibility for claims made by parts or vehicle sellers and/or the operation thereof. All items are sold “As-Is, Where Is” and considered to be “final” or negotiated between the seller(s) and buyer(s).
- ELCOFest, ELCOHaulicSS Anonymous, its representatives, and the venue property owners reserve the right to deny entry to this event, or remove anyone from this event for ANY reason.
